    Description

    Provides a prevention curriculum in a school environment in an effort to identify and change conditions that leads to alcohol and drug use amount youth. Provides school based prevention services using approved wellness curriculum while monitoring student needs and responses to curriculum, intervening accordingly.

    Qualifications

      • Bachelor’s degree in social work or a related human services field from an accredited college or university is required
      • Two years of experience providing services to at risk youth
      • Experience in a classroom setting, managing youth and adolescent age children, highly desirable
      • A knowledge of or willingness to learn a variety or prevention strategies
      • Ability to recognize risk factors and protective factors and the impact of them on the population served

    Description

    To provide the support services to children who are referred from CBCB as needing adoption support. Will assist and help organize in the recruitment of adoptive homes and “matching events” for children served. Coordinate fingerprinting and background checks on potential adoptive families while performing a comprehensive child study within 30 days of intake for each foster child referred. Assist in the development of child’s permanency plan while participating in Adoption Review Committee meetings and prepare a packet on each family being considered.

    Qualifications

      • Bachelor’s degree in social work or a related human services field from an accredited college or university is required
      • Must have at least one year of child welfare experience in adoptions
      • Child Protection Professional Certification required
      • PRIDE/MAPP training or certification and knowledge of trauma informed care, preferred

    Description

    Coordinate the intake of children and secure the least restrictive placement for youth in out-of-home care, in a timely manner. Act as the initial point of contact in receiving intakes and securing the best possible match for children in out-of-home care. Respond quickly to intake and placement requests from Protective Investigations and placement related needs and/or emergencies from all providers and partners. Assign cases to the appropriate Case Management Organization on a rotational basis. Schedule and coordinate ICC/ESI staffing. Attend staffings when appropriate.

    Description

    Supervise the intake of children and secure the least restrictive placement for youth in out-of-home care. Ensure children receive safe, appropriate, and timely placement in out-of-home care. Supervise the receipt of intakes and secure the best possible placement match for children in out-of-home care. Manage and supervise placement specialists and their functions. Provide utilization tracking and standardized data reports on placement trends and key indicators. Schedule, coordinate and chair Placement Stabilization staffings as needed.

    Description

    The Direct Support Professional (DSP) role is responsible for the health and welfare of the clients living at The Grove. The DSP is responsible to ensure the clients’ of the Grove are supervised, are safe, and are participating in their schedule while always ensuring the dignity of the individual. The DSP is an immediate partner with the therapists for regarding each child’s substance abuse/behavioral needs treatment.

    Description

    Under the direction of the CEO, the Medical Director will establish and maintain appropriate standards for treatment, assume responsibility for the medical aspects of quality care, and provide clinical supervision to an experienced staff of clinical care providers. Will provide direct patient care via telehealth, clinical supervision of ARNPs and PAs, medication approvals, child-welfare oversight and the development and implementation of P&Ps and quality clinical and risk initiatives. Serves as clinical leader for all mental health substance misuse and psychiatric services at IMPOWER, including availability for brief clinical consultation, provision or clinical teaching, and modeling of exemplary clinical practice. Conducts thorough psychiatric evaluations and follow up assessments of clients in accordance to IMPOWER policies and procedures. Review the completion and appropriateness of all intake documentation, including client health history (i.e. other medications and allergies), drug abuse history and previous treatment failures. Oversees key initiative to develop, promote and implement seamless integration between specialty mental health services at IMPOWER and primary care-based behavioral health services.

    Qualifications

      • Medical Doctor degree with approved residency in Psychiatry field from an accredited college or university
      • Active Medical License in the state of Florida and Drug Enforcement Agency number
      • Board Certification in Psychiatry is required
      • 5 years of clinical practice behavioral health, including clinical treatment, program management and administration

    Provide diverse programmatic support under general supervision, include Seminole, Orange & Osceola Counties.     Description

    The Telehealth Case Manager is based in Highlands, Hendry and Glades Counties and requires a physical presence in the tri-county area.  This position is responsible to implement all aspects of the Case Management program in Highlands, Hendry and Glades Counties in order to optimize the functioning of individuals who have complex needs by coordinating the provision of quality treatment, acting as the Telehealth Liaison and providing support services in the most efficient and effective manner.

The pay range for this position is dual compensation with a base rate and additional rate per unit after productivity standards are met weekly.

    Description

    **Certification in Substance Abuse or Addictions (CAP or MCAP) is required**  Provide virtual and community based substance abuse and mental health services to children, adolescents and adults. Adhere to credentialing requirements as outlined by IMPOWER, funder requirements and the Council of Accreditation. This includes submitting documentation and completing applications for all IMPOWER funders, without exception, with 30 days of hire. Work independently to provide ongoing substance abuse and/or therapeutic services with assigned clients using evidenced based interventions which may include individual family and group services, virtually, in home, school or community setting.

    Qualifications

      • Master’s Degree in social work or a related human services field from an accredited college or university
