    Description

    Responsible for planning, organizing and managing day-to-day Utilization Management (UM) operations for The Grove, supervise UM staff and perform related duties as required.     Description

    Under the direction of the CEO, the Medical Director will establish and maintain appropriate standards for treatment, assume responsibility for the medical aspects of quality care, and provide clinical supervision to an experienced staff of clinical care providers. Will provide direct patient care via telehealth, clinical supervision of ARNPs and PAs, medication approvals, child-welfare oversight and the development and implementation of P&Ps and quality clinical and risk initiatives. Serves as clinical leader for all mental health substance misuse and psychiatric services at IMPOWER, including availability for brief clinical consultation, provision or clinical teaching, and modeling of exemplary clinical practice.     • Has completed an program of study at an accredited school including clinical training
