  1. Certified Addictions Professional – Telehealth

    Certified Addictions Professional – Telehealth 

    Description

    Provide virtual and community based substance abuse and mental health services to children, adolescents and adults. Adhere to credentialing requirements as outlined by IMPOWER, funder requirements and the Council of Accreditation. This includes submitting documentation and completing applications for all IMPOWER funders, without exception, with 30 days of hire. Work independently to provide ongoing substance abuse and/or therapeutic services with assigned clients using evidenced based interventions which may include individual family and group services, virtually, in home, school or community setting.

    The position detailed below is a full-time, non-exempt, hourly, benefit eligible position. The pay range for this position is $8.46 hourly plus $32 per unit after productivity standards are met. 

    Qualifications

      • Master’s Degree in social work or a related human services field from an accredited college or university
      • Certification in Substance Abuse or Addictions, (CAP or MCAP) required
      • At least 2 years experience providing clinical services to children and families
      • Florida license in mental health, social work or marriage and family therapy, preferred
      • Completion of the requirements to be a Community Mental Health Provider
      • Successful background screenings through local law enforcement, Florida Dept. of Law Enforcement, and FBI.
      • Valid Florida Driver’s License (insurable under IMPOWER’s auto policy), proof of current auto insurance, and successful motor vehicle driving record backgrounds checks
      • Proficient in Microsoft applications (word processing, spreadsheets, database and emailing).
  2. Intake & Placement/Relative Caregiver Support Coordinator – Orlando, FL

    Intake & Placement/Relative Caregiver Support Coordinator – Orlando, FL

    Description

    Provide diverse programmatic support under general supervision, include Seminole, Orange and Osceola Counties. Utilizes various software applications to compose and/or type letters, memos, reports and other documents. Provide needed administrative support such as maintaining records, researching records, filing and copying. Will act as the concierge to updates of the Placement Resource guide through communication with providers, specialists and supervisory staff.

    The position detailed below is a full-time, non-exempt, hourly, benefit eligible position. The pay range for this position is $10.00-$13.00 per hour. 

    Qualifications

      • High School Diploma or GED Certificate and two years of administrative support experience
      • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, bilingual Spanish preferred
      • Demonstrates an awareness and sensitivity to our service populations cultural and socioeconomic characteristics. Ability to relate to and communicate with a diverse population.

  3. Registered Nurse – The Grove in Winter Springs, FL

    Registered Nurse – The Grove in Winter Springs, FL 

    Description

    The Registered Nurse ensures the delivery and individualized skilled nursing care to clients in The Grove residential program. Responsible for implementing nursing care in accordance with program procedures established by the Medical Director and Clinical Director and approved by the Vice President of Behavioral Health. Administers drugs, medication, treatments, inoculations and tests as allowed by law while implementing verbal physician orders and authenticating in writing, within a reasonable time, and included in the client’s record.

    The position detailed below is a full-time, non-exempt, hourly and benefit eligible position. The pay range for this position is $24.0385-$31.25 per hour. 

    Qualifications

      • Must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing and currently licensed in the State of Florida as a Registered Nurse
      • Minimum of one year of experience as a Registered Nurse in a residential program setting is strongly preferred
      • Ability to deal with chemically dependent individuals non-judgmentally and with caring and compassion.

    Description

    This position is responsible to implement all aspects of the Case Management program in Polk County in order to optimize the functioning of individuals who have complex needs by coordinating the provision of quality treatment, acting as the Telehealth Liaison and providing support services in the most efficient and effective manner.

    The position detailed below is a full-time, non-exempt hourly, benefit eligible position. The pay range for this position is $13.46-$14.40 per hour.

    Qualifications

      • Bachelor’s degree in social work of a human services related field from an accredited college or university
      • Knowledge of the Wraparound system and non-traditional services preferred
      • Able to work flexible hours, including some evenings and weekends
      • Successful background screenings through local law enforcement, Florida Dept. of Law Enforcement, and FBI.

  6. Psychiatric Physician Assistant – Virtual Position

We are a mental health and child well-being organization dedicated to empowering the lives of individuals and families by offering personal attention, assistance, inspiration and state of the art service delivery. Our specialized programs, and certified professionals, offer Outpatient Treatment and Counseling, Psychiatric Services, Clinic and Medication Management, Telehealth Mental Health Services, Adoption Assistance Programs, Targeted Case Management, Child Well-Being Intake & Placement and a substance abuse residential facility for teenagers.

    Description

    We have an immediate need for several Physician Assistants who have a special interest in growing as a professional in mental health care. The PA will be required to work under the direct supervision of a Psychiatrist with duties including but not limited to examination, diagnosis and treatment of patients. Some travel may be required.

    This is can be a full-time, part-time, or independent contractor position.

    The full time position is exempt and benefit eligible with accrued time off and supplemental benefits.  

    Qualifications

    The ideal candidate must be a licensed Physician’s Assistant in the State of Florida, be able to pass a multi-level background screening, meets credentialing requirements for Medicaid & Medicare, has completed a physician assistant program at an accredited school including clinical training, and completes all employee hiring requirements with IMPOWER. One year minimum experience is desired.

  8. Direct Support Professional – The Grove in Winter Springs, FL

    Direct Support Professional – The Grove in Winter Springs, FL

    Description

    The Direct Support Professional (DSP) role is responsible for the health and welfare of the clients living at The Grove. The DSP is responsible to ensure the clients’ of the Grove are supervised, are safe, and are participating in their schedule while always ensuring the dignity of the individual. The DSP is an immediate partner with the therapists for regarding each child’s substance abuse/behavioral needs treatment.

    This position is a full-time, benefit eligible, hourly position. The pay range for this position is $13 per hour.
