    Description

    Provide virtual, office and community based clinical services to adolescents and adults. Serve as the primary clinician and program representative for all assigned clients within the Drug Court Diversion program. Work independently to provide ongoing therapeutic services with assigned clients using evidenced based interventions including individual, family and group services as required by the Drug Court program structure. Appear in court as required by the program, working closely with judge and attorneys. Maintain working knowledge of program details and requirements so that providing information to public, more specifically court personnel, comes with ease, in efforts to solicit referrals from the court system.

    The position detailed below is a full-time, non-exempt, hourly, benefit eligible position. The pay range for this position is $20.6731-$26.4423 per hour.

    Qualifications

      • Master’s Degree in social work or a related human services field from an accredited college or university
      • Three years of experience of providing clinical substance abuse services in individual, group and family sessions
      • Florida license in mental health, social work or marriage and family therapy, highly preferred
      • Florida license in mental health, social work or marriage and family pursuant
      • CAP Certification upon hire preferred or must be pursuant within 180 days of hire, required
      • CRPS Certification (Certified Recovery Peer Specialist) Strongly Preffered
      • Certification in Substance Abuse or Addictions, (CAP or MCAP) strongly preferred
      • Successful background screenings through local law enforcement, Florida Dept. of Law Enforcement, and FBI.

    Description

    Counsels and aids individuals and families requiring assistance dealing with mental health problems and substance abuse problems, such as alcohol or drug abuse, including but not limited to: assesses client needs and develops academic and vocational plans and goals for development and implementation of treatment planning and habilitation of client.     Description

    Provide virtual and school based clinical services to children, adolescents and adults. Adhere to credentialing requirements as outlined by IMPOWER, funder requirements and the Council of Accreditation. This includes submitting documentation and completing applications for all IMPOWER funders, without exception, within 30 days of day of hire. Provide telehealth services and adhere to IMPOWER’s Telehealth policy and procedures regarding the delivery and reporting of clinical and psychiatric services to IMPOWER clients. Work independently to provide ongoing therapeutic services with assigned clients using evidenced based interventions (may include individual, family and group services, virtually, in clients’ home, school or community settings).

    The position detailed below is a full-time, non-exempt, hourly, benefit eligible position. The pay range for this position is dual compensation with a base rate and and additional rate per unit after productivity standards are met.

Our specialized programs, and certified professionals, offer Outpatient Treatment and Counseling, Psychiatric Services, Clinic and Medication Management, Telehealth Mental Health Services, Adoption Assistance Programs, Targeted Case Management, Child Well-Being Intake & Placement and a substance abuse residential facility for teenagers.

    Description

    We have an immediate need for several Physician Assistants who have a special interest in growing as a professional in mental health care. The PA will be required to work under the direct supervision of a Psychiatrist with duties including but not limited to examination, diagnosis and treatment of patients. Some travel may be required.

    This is can be a full-time, part-time, or independent contractor position.

    Qualifications

    Direct Support Professional (DSP) – The Grove in Winter Springs, FL

    Description

    The Direct Support Professional (DSP) role is responsible for the health and welfare of the clients living at The Grove. The DSP is responsible to ensure the clients’ of the Grove are supervised, are safe, and are participating in their schedule while always ensuring the dignity of the individual. The DSP is an immediate partner with the therapists for regarding each child’s substance abuse/behavioral needs treatment.

    This position is a full-time, benefit eligible, hourly position. The pay range for this position is $13 per hour.

      • High School Diploma required
