  1. Clinical Director- The Grove

    Clinical Director – The Grove 

    Description

    To provide administrative and clinical leadership of daily outpatient operations at The Grove adolescent substance abuse residential facility. Responsible to monitor, analyze and adjust accordingly the day-to-day flow of residential and psychiatrist clinic operations in designated offices to ensure quality and utilization management. Will supervise therapists, interns, practicum students, registered mental health interns, and evaluate staff performance according to company performance management policies and procedures.

    The position detailed below is a full-time, exempt, salary, benefit eligible position. The pay range for this position is $55,000-$75,000 per year.

    Qualifications

      • Master’s Degree in social work, public administration, nonprofit management or a related human services field from an accredited college or university
      • Florida license in mental health, social work or marriage and family therapy required
      • MCAP strongly preferred
      • At least two years of administrative and supervisory experience in human services.
      • An ability to deal effectively with the staff
      • Licensed Mental Health Services or license-eligible or BCBA preferred
      • Successful background screenings through local law enforcement, Florida Dept. of Law Enforcement, and FBI.

  2. Therapist – The Grove

    Therapist – The Grove 

    Description

    Counsels and aids individuals and families requiring assistance dealing with mental health problems and substance abuse problems, such as alcohol or drug abuse, including but not limited to: assesses client needs and develops academic and vocational plans and goals for development and implementation of treatment planning and habilitation of client. Documents assessments, evaluations, and client progress, maintaining accurate case file administration consistent with the Department of Children and Families FAC 65D-30, The Agency for Health Care Administration, BHOS standards, as applicable. Facilitates individual, group, and family therapy sessions.

    The position detailed below is a full-time, non-exempt hourly, benefit eligible position. The pay range for this position is $16.83-$19.23 per hour.

    Qualifications

      • Master’s Degree in social work or a related human services field from an accredited college or university
      • Three years of experience in the provision of mental health or chemical dependency counseling services
      • An ability to deal effectively with the staff

  3. Telehealth Support Specialist – Virtual

    Telehealth Support Specialist – Virtual 

    Description

    Coordinate and facilitate support of tasks related to referrals, scheduling appointments, clinic visits, medication issues, telehealth support, release of information, daily billing, and must have flexible hours including evenings and Saturdays. Must be able to work remotely and manage general office needs. Must have designated work area in home and the ability to accommodate patient’s needs remotely.

    The position detailed below is a full-time, non-exempt hourly, benefit eligible position. The pay range for this position is $13.07-$15.70 per hour.

    Qualifications

      • High School Diploma or GED Certificate required; Associat’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
      • Bilingual Spanish preferred

    Description

    This position is responsible to implement all aspects of the Case Management program in Polk County in order to optimize the functioning of individuals who have complex needs by coordinating the provision of quality treatment, acting as the Telehealth Liaison and providing support services in the most efficient and effective manner.

    The position detailed below is a full-time, non-exempt hourly, benefit eligible position. The pay range for this position is $13.46-$14.40 per hour.

    Qualifications

      • Bachelor’s degree in social work of a human services related field from an accredited college or university
      • Knowledge of the Wraparound system and non-traditional services preferred

  6. Direct Support Professional Lead – The Grove

    Direct Support Professional Lead 

    Description

    The Male Direct Support Professional Lead is responsible for the health and welfare of the clients living at The Grove. The DSP Lead is responsible to ensure that clients’ of the Grove are supervised, are safe, and are participating in the schedule while always ensuring the dignity of the individual. The DSP Lead is an immediate partner with the therapists for regarding each child’s substance abuse/behavioral needs treatment.

    This position is a full-time, hourly position. The pay range for this position is $14.00-$15.00 per hour.

    Qualifications

      • High School Diploma or G.E.D. Certificate equivalent with two years relevant work experience with youth OR some college and one year relevant work experience with youth OR Bachelor’s Degree in a human services field or a related human services field from an accredited college or university

    Description

    We have an immediate need for several Physician Assistants who have a special interest in growing as a professional in mental health care. The PA will be required to work under the direct supervision of a Psychiatrist with duties including but not limited to examination, diagnosis and treatment of patients. Some travel may be required.

    This is can be a full-time, part-time, or independent contractor position.

    The full time position is exempt and benefit eligible with accrued time off and supplemental benefits.  

    Qualifications

    The ideal candidate must be a licensed Physician’s Assistant in the State of Florida, be able to pass a multi-level background screening, meets credentialing requirements for Medicaid & Medicare, has completed a physician assistant program at an accredited school including clinical training, and completes all employee hiring requirements with IMPOWER. We are rooted in Central Florida, with offices in Orange and Seminole counties and provide behavioral health care in the home, school, community and virtual settings. Our service array includes psychiatric and outpatient services for mental health and substance abuse care for children, adults and families across the entire state. Our secure, HIPAA compliant telehealth platform allows clients to be seen and clinicians to provide services from the privacy of their own homes! Traditional services options are also available at IMPOWER clinics, schools, and client homes.

    Work as part of a treatment team to provide clinically effective services to clients including telehealth, home, office and school based therapeutic care, determined by the needs of the client or family. Conduct Biopsychosocial assessments, Brief Behavioral Assessments, diagnosis and ongoing therapeutic services to assigned clients receiving Outpatient services. We are rapidly expanding our services array and have immediately available positions for licensed clinicians.

    Qualifications

          • Licensed in the State of Florida as LMHC, LMFT, or LCSW .

    Responsibilities:

    • Ongoing therapeutic services with assigned clients using evidenced based interventions (may include individual, family and group services, virtually, in home, office, school or community settings)
    • Develop and maintain clinical records and program documentation according to contract and IMPOWER standards
    • Ensure all services are performed in accordance with state laws and regulations.

  12. Psychiatrist

    Description

    To provide psychiatric evaluation, medication management, ARNP and Peers supervision and leadership for the Outpatient and Clinic services for multiple sights.

    Responsibilities

            • Abide by the ethics, policies and procedures, and professional standards of IMPOWER.
            • Ensure compliance with regulatory, accreditation and licensing standards as well as agency policies and procedures.
            • Ensure the provision of high quality and timely access to client services.
            • Maintain regular communication with the Program Director, including potential liability issues or significant incidents that put the agency or the clients at risk.
            • Provide effective and efficient psychiatric evaluations, explanations of psychiatric evaluations to family members and medication management.
            • Provide peer reviews for cases that have been seen by other doctors and nurses at IMPOWER.
            • Ensure that prescriptions for medications will follow the formulary lists provided by the funders whenever possible. Written prescriptions will follow state and federal rules and regulations.
            • Ensure the supervision of ARNP and Other MD’s and be sure that they are following ISI procedures and that the documentation is in compliance with the Medicaid Community Mental Health Manual requirements for progress notes.
            • Ensure that every office will comply with a treatment plan for cases.
            • Being available for emergency consultations and respond to these emergency calls in a timely manner.
            • Identify complex clients in order to respond appropriately to the client’s medical needs.
            • Ensure appropriate communication between the staff regarding the PCP and the coordination with other professionals as needed.

    Qualifications, Education, Experience

            • MD, Florida psychiatric license and at least two years post licensure experience providing direct services in the clinical specialty area
            • Valid driver’s license and auto insurance, and successful motor vehicle driving record background check. (3-year driving record check.)
