    Medical Director – Florida (statewide)

    Description

    Under the direction of the CEO, this position will establish and maintain appropriate standards for treatment, assume responsibility for the medical aspects of quality care, and provide clinical supervision to an experienced staff of clinical care providers. Will provide direct patient care via telehealth, clinical supervision of ARNPs and PAs, medication approvals, child-welfare oversight and the development and implementation of P&Ps and quality clinical and risk initiatives. Serves as clinical leader for all mental health substance misuse and psychiatric services at IMPOWER, including availability for brief clinical consultation, provision or clinical teaching, and modeling of exemplary clinical practice. Conducts thorough psychiatric evaluations and follow up assessments of clients in accordance to IMPOWER policies and procedures. Review the completion and appropriateness of all intake documentation, including client health history (i.e. other medications and allergies), drug abuse history and previous treatment failures. Oversees key initiative to develop, promote and implement seamless integration between specialty mental health services at IMPOWER and primary care-based behavioral health services.

    Qualifications

      • Medical Doctor degree with approved residency in Psychiatry field from an accredited college or university
      • Active Medical License in the state of Florida and Drug Engorcement Agency number
      • 5 years of experience with psychiatric patients, including clinical treatment, program management and administration

    Intake & Placement Supervisor in Orange County, FL

    Description

    Supervise the intake of children and secure the least restrictive placement for youth in out-of-home care. Ensure children receive safe, appropriate, and timely placement in out-of-home care. Supervise the receipt of intakes and secure the best possible placement match for children in out-of-home care. Manage and supervise placement specialists and their functions. Provide utilization tracking and standardized data reports on placement trends and key indicators. Schedule, coordinate and chair Placement Stabilization staffings as needed.

    This position is a full-time, benefit eligible, salary position. The pay range for this position is $40,600-$50,912.

    Qualifications

      • Bachelor’s degree in social work or a human services related field form an accredited college or university
      • At least two years of child welfare experience
      • Child Protection Professional Certification preferred
      • PRIDE/MAPP training or certification and knowledge of trauma informed care, preferred

    Intake & Placement Support Coordinator in Seminole, Orange & Osceola Counties

    Description

    Provide diverse programmatic support under general supervision, include Seminole, Orange & Osceola Counties. Utilizes various software applications to compose and/or type letters, memos, reports and other documents. Provide needed administrative support such as maintaining records, researching records, filing and copying. Will act as the concierge to updates of the Placement Resource guide through communication with provides specialists and supervisory staff.

    Description

    Provide virtual clinical services to children, adolescents and adults. Adhere to credentialing requirements as outlined by IMPOWER, funder requirements and the Council of Accreditation. This includes submitting documentation and completing applications for all IMPOWER funders, without exception, within 30 days of day of hire. Provide telehealth services and adhere to IMPOWER’s Telehealth policy and procedures regarding the delivery and reporting of clinical and psychiatric services to IMPOWER clients. Work independently to provide ongoing therapeutic services with assigned clients using evidenced based interventions.

    The position detailed below is a full time, exempt, salary, benefit eligible position for licensed Clinicians. The pay range for this position is dual compensation with a base rate and additional rate per unit after productivity standards are met weekly.

This position requires you to be in the aforementioned counties.

    This position is a full-time, hourly position. The pay range for this position is $13.46 to $14.40 per hour.

    Description

    Coordinate and facilitate support of tasks related to referrals, scheduling appointments, clinic visits, medication issues, telehealth support, release of information, and daily billing.     Description

    The Direct Support Professional (DSP) role is responsible for the health and welfare of the clients living at The Grove. The DSP is responsible to ensure the clients’ of the Grove are supervised, are safe, and are participating in their schedule while always ensuring the dignity of the individual. The DSP is an immediate partner with the therapists for regarding each child’s substance abuse/behavioral needs treatment.

    Description

    We have an immediate need for several Physician Assistants who have a special interest in growing as a professional in mental health care. The PA will be required to work under the direct supervision of a Psychiatrist with duties including but not limited to examination, diagnosis and treatment of patients. Some travel may be required.

    This is can be a full-time, part-time, or independent contractor position.

    The full time position is exempt and benefit eligible with accrued time off and supplemental benefits.  

    Qualifications

    The ideal candidate must be a licensed Physician’s Assistant in the State of Florida, be able to pass a multi-level background screening, meets credentialing requirements for Medicaid & Medicare, has completed a physician assistant program at an accredited school including clinical training, and completes all employee hiring requirements with IMPOWER. One year minimum experience is desired.
