    Description

    Responsible for planning, organizing and managing day-to-day Utilization Management (UM) operations for The Grove, supervise UM staff and perform related duties as required. Also responsible for meeting corporate goals to achieve the census goals, overall strategic plan and ensure community and client demands are met as applicable. Essential duties include, but are not limited to marketing for new referrals and maintaining census in accordance with budget and directives. Interface with Clinical and Operations Directors when making decisions for accepting referrals. Ensures that proper documentation and eligibility requirements are met for patients and/or families. Ensures and documents that all clients meet proper ASAM criteria. Conducts client interviews via telehealth platform with clients and families. Provides families and referral sources with information on what is required at admission and during the course of treatment. Completes required assessments upon admission for insurance authorization and 65D rrequirements.

    Qualifications

      • Clinical or Nursing license; actively licensed as an LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, or RN, preferred
      • Master’s Degree in social service area or a related human services field OR Bachelor/Master’s Degree in nursing (BSN/MSN) from an accredited college or university is required
      • At least two years of Utilization Management and supervisory experience in human services preferred

    Description

    Responsible to provide virtual, office and community based clinical services to adolescents and adults. Serve as the primary clinician and program representative for all assigned clients within the Drug Court Diversion program. Work independently to provide ongoing therapeutic services with assigned clients using evidenced based interventions including individual, family and group services as required by the Drug Court program structure. Appear in court as required by the program, working closely with judge and attorneys. Maintain working knowledge of program details and requirements so that providing information to public, more specifically court personnel, comes with ease, in efforts to solicit referrals from court system.

    Qualifications

      • Master’s Degree in social work or a related human services field from an accredited college or university
      • Three years of experience of providing clinical substance abuse services in individual, group and family sessions
      • Florida license in mental health, social work or marriage and family therapy, highly preferred

    Description

    The Direct Support Professional (DSP) role is responsible for the health and welfare of the clients living at The Grove.     Description

    To provide the support services to children who are referred from CBCB as needing adoption support. Will assist and help organize in the recruitment of adoptive homes and “matching events” for children served. Coordinate fingerprinting and background checks on potential adoptive families while performing a comprehensive child study within 30 days of intake for each foster child referred. Assist in the development of child’s permanency plan while participating in Adoption Review Committee meetings and prepare a packet on each family being considered.

    Description

    Coordinate the intake of children and secure the least restrictive placement for youth in out-of-home care, in a timely manner. Act as the initial point of contact in receiving intakes and securing the best possible match for children in out-of-home care. Respond quickly to intake and placement requests from Protective Investigations and placement related needs and/or emergencies from all providers and partners. Assign cases to the appropriate Case Management Organization on a rotational basis. Schedule and coordinate ICC/ESI staffing. Will need to attend staffings when appropriate.

    Description

    Under the direction of the CEO, the Medical Director will establish and maintain appropriate standards for treatment, assume responsibility for the medical aspects of quality care, and provide clinical supervision to an experienced staff of clinical care providers. Will provide direct patient care via telehealth, clinical supervision of ARNPs and PAs, medication approvals, child-welfare oversight and the development and implementation of P&Ps and quality clinical and risk initiatives. Serves as clinical leader for all mental health substance misuse and psychiatric services at IMPOWER, including availability for brief clinical consultation, provision or clinical teaching, and modeling of exemplary clinical practice.
