IMPOWER’s outpatient mental health services include individual therapy, marriage and family counseling, psychiatry and medication management and specialized substance use counseling.
We are in-network with most insurance plans, including commercial, Medicaid, Tricare and Medicare.

What We Treat
Our masters-level and licensed therapists provide care for children (ages 6+), adolescents, and adults, supporting a wide range of mental health and co-occurring conditions.

Note: Not all clients are a fit for telehealth. During your intake, we will assess your needs and provide referrals if in-person care is more appropriate.

Most clients are matched with a therapist within 24-48 hours after referral.
How long do services last?
There is no set timeline. Treatment length depends on your needs, goals, and progress, determined collaboratively with your therapist.
How long are sessions?
Sessions typically last up to 1 hour, depending on your treatment plan.
Do you offer in-person therapy?
Currently, IMPOWER provides services primarily through our secure telehealth platform.
Who will my therapist be?
All IMPOWER therapists have a master’s degree or are licensed in mental health counseling and are supervised by licensed professionals. You’ll be matched with a therapist based on your needs, preferences, and availability.
Do therapists prescribe medication?
Therapists do not prescribe. If a psychiatric evaluation is needed, your therapist can refer you to IMPOWER’s Psychiatric Clinic for medication management.
Can my partner or family be involved?
Yes. Family or partner involvement is welcomed when appropriate and based on your preferences.

We use a variety of evidence-based practices designed to meet your specific needs and diagnosis.
