Most features in the portal are accessed through the menu on the left side of the screen.- On a computer: The menu automatically appears on the left.
- On a mobile device: Tap the three horizontal lines (☰) in the upper-left corner to open the menu.

How do I set up a patient portal account?
If you don’t already have an account, please contact your provider or call the IMPOWER office at 407-215-0095. You will receive a registration email with step-by-step instructions to create your account.
How do I log in to the patient portal?
- Click the link above.
- Enter your username and password.
- You can also access the portal through links sent in emails to sign encounters.
What if I forgot my username or password, or can’t log in?
No worries! Call the IMPOWER office at 407-215-0095 for assistance or to request a password reset.
What if I’m having trouble signing an encounter or accessing information?

How do I update my credit card on file?
- Log in to the patient portal.
- Click the “Manage Saved Cards” icon.
- Select “Add New Card.”
- Complete the authorization agreement.
- Enter your card details and click Submit.
How do I sign my treatment plan?
- Log in to the patient portal.
- In the menu, select “Encounter Note.”
- Find your plan under “New Encounter Notes.”
- On the right side, click “Sign Encounter Note.”
- Review the document, scroll to the bottom, and click “Capture” to sign.
- Click “Save & Submit”
