Our recruiting team will review your application and evaluate your education, skills and experience against those required in the available position.  We are fortunate to receive a large number of qualified applicants for our positions, and, while we would like to contact each and every applicant, only those whose experience, qualifications, and preferences are most closely aligned to the position will be contact.

Background Checks

IMPOWER places the highest priority on the safety of our clients, visitors, and staff.  To ensure the safest environment possible, IMPOWER conducts a DCF and AHCA Level 2 Background screening and a local law enforcement screening as part of the employment process.   All applicants must pass a drug test and clear the level 2 screening before beginning work.  Refusal to submit to testing will result in disqualification of further employment consideration.

Reference Checks

Upon request, applicants will be required to submit 4 references (2 professional, and 2 personal) during the recruiting process.  In accordance with Florida Statute 435, IMPOWER will make an official request for any and all documents from your previous employment file(s) pertaining to background screening and/or performance for the last 5 years from any employers which are required to perform a Level 1 or 2 background screening.
